UI peringkat 50 se-Asia

Selamat buat UI walaupun masih per banyak perbaikan disana-sini. Berita ini didapat semalem abis ngeliat tautan aka link yang dibagikan (baca: share) oleh Pak Rahmat di facebook. UI mendapat peringkat 50 se-asia. Hasil bisa dilihat disini. Ada 9 kategori yang menjadi indikator penilaian pada rangking universitas ini, dan iseng-iseng ngeliat hasil penilaian UI berdasarkan per indikator tersebut. Dari 9 indikator penilaian, UI berada diluar 100 besar untuk 6 indikator yang saya sebutkan dibawah ini.

1. Paper per Faculty.

2. Citation per Paper. UGM masuk dan berada di peringkat 83.

3. International Faculty Review.

4. International Student Review. Udayana masuk dan berada di peringkat 25 (mngkn karena Bali kali ya?! ).

5. Student Exchange Inbound.

6. Student Exchange Outbound.

Ke-6 indikator itulah adalah kelemahan rata-rata Universitas di Indonesia. Hanya UGM dan Udayana yang berhasil masuk 100 besar pada 2 indikator.

Untuk indikator kelemahan 1 dan 2, sebenarnya UI memiliki banyak bibit potensi. Nah, sayangnya potensi yang dimiliki UI kebanyakan masih dalam bentuk bibit (alias anak-anak S1). Di UI, perbandingan antara mahasiswa S1 dan mahasiswa riset (S2 dan S3) sangat jauh dimenangkan oleh S1 apalagi jika ditambah D3 dan ekstensi.

Dari sini, UI sulit untuk mewujudkan pembuatan paper-paper ilmiah karena S1 sebenarnya tidak dituntut untuk melakukan hal itu. S1 sebenarnya dituntut untuk bertindak aplikatif (CMIIW). Sebaliknya S2 dan S3 yang bertindak untuk melakukan riset.

Solusi yang ditawarkan?? Mari kita menjadi bibit-bibit super, yang dapat tumbuh cepat dan subur…

Word to PDF

Assalamu’alaikum. Selamat malam dunia!!!

Anda pernah merasa pusing untuk mengubah dokumen word ke pdf?? Solusi yang ditawarkan sebenarnya banyak sekali. Apa aja:

1. Jangan gunakan Microsoft Office, pakailah Open Office (hahaha…). Open Office sudah mempunyai fitur untuk konversi dokumen ke PDF. Beneran!!! Sulit juga meninggalkan MS Office, dengan alasan klasik. Tuntutan Format!!! (solusi ini meniadakan faktor piracy… )

2. Gunakan aplikasi tambahan untuk mengkonversi dokumen anda. Namun, kebanyakan aplikasi konversi word to pdf berbayar.

3. Gunakan web online yang bersedia mengkonversi secara gratis dokumen Word anda ke PDF.

Gimana? ketiga solusi itu sudah ada yang anda terapkan?? tp masih belum puas juga???

Untuk anda yang seperti saya, ternyata tak duga-duga MS Office telah mengeluarkan add-in yang membuat kita dapat mengkonversi dari word to PDF, tapi bersedihlah kalian yang masih menggunakan MS Office 2003 karena add-in ini hanya dibuat untuk MS Office 2007. Silakan diunduh lewat link ini atau langsung bisa diunduhSaveAsPDFandXPS.zip dari box.net saya yang berada di sidebar kanan blog ini.

Symbian Security Issues

Now, we will talked about security issues in OSthat I believe most of you know about this file extension. It is Symbian OS.Nokia that has most of the mobile phone market in the world support symbian OS as one of the Operating System that use in nokia phone. Symbian has file extension SIS. SIS is an acronym that stands for Symbian Installation Source. It is an installation file for Symbian OS, and not an application file, as sometimes believed; the real Symbian application is the .APP file.

Symbian OS has been subject to a variety of viruses, the best known of which is Cabir. Usually these send themselves from phone to phone by Bluetooth. So far, none have taken advantage of any flaws in Symbian OS – instead, they have all asked the user whether they would like to install the software, with somewhat prominent warnings that it can’t be trusted.

However, with a view that the average mobile phone user shouldn’t have to worry about security, Symbian OS 9.x has adopted a capability model. Installed software will theoretically be unable to do damaging things (such as costing the user money by sending network data) without being digitally signed – thus making it traceable. Commercial developers who can afford the cost can apply to have their software signed via the Symbian Signed program. Currently, developers also have the option of self-signing their programs. However, the set of available features is smaller and some operators have opted to disable all certificates other than the Symbian Signed certificates.

Some other hostile programs are listed below, but all of them still require the input of the user to run.

• Drever. A is a malicious trojan that has file extension SIS and attempts to disable the automatic startup from Simworks and Kaspersky Symbian Anti-Virus applications.
• Locknut. B is a malicious trojan that has file extension SIS and pretends to be patch for Symbian S60 mobile phones. When installed, it drops a binary that will crash a critical system service component. This will prevent any application from being launched in the phone.
• Mabir. A is basically Cabir with added MMS functionality. The two are written by the same author, and the code shares many similarities. It spreads using Bluetooth via the same routine as early variants of Cabir. As Mabir. A activates it will search for the first phone it finds, and starts sending copies of itself to that phone.
• Fontal. A is a trojan that has file extension SIS and installs a corrupted file which causes the phone to fail at reboot. If the user tries to reboot the infected phone, it will be permanently stick on the reboot, and cannot be used without disinfection – that is, the use of the reformat key combination which causes the phone to lose all data. Being a trojan, Frontal cannot spread by itself – the most likely way for the user to get infected would be to acquire the file from untrusted sources, and then install it to the phone, inadvertently or otherwise.

So, beware with your phone!!!

You know file extension ppt? yes, you correct. File extension ppt is associated with file that called MS Power Point. Microsoft PowerPoint is a presentation program developed by Microsoft. It is part of the Microsoft Office suite, and runs on Microsoft Windows and the Mac OS X computer operating systems. The Windows version can also run on the Linux operating system, under the Wine compatibility layer.

Beginning with PowerPoint 1.0 and now Power Point 2007. PowerPoint is widely used by business people, educators, students, and trainers and among the most prevalent forms of persuasive technology. PowerPoint was initially developed in 1984 by Forethought, Inc., Sunnyvale, California, for the Macintosh computer. In 1987, Forethought was bought by Microsoft and became Microsoft’s Graphics Business Unit, which continued to further develop the software.

Actually now days, Microsoft Office have a rival, Open Office. As a open source software, Open Office also provide many feature that MS Office have. Even, Open Office can open file from MS Office like file extension ppt, doc, pptx, docx, and etc. The presentation can be printed, displayed live on a computer, or navigated through at the command of the presenter. For larger audiences the computer display is often projected using a video projector.

The benefit of PowerPoint is continuously debated, but both supporters and detractors have insufficient empirical evidence. Its use in university lectures has influenced investigations of PowerPoint’s effects on student performance in comparison to lectures based on overhead projectors, traditional lectures, and online lectures. There are no compelling results to prove or disprove that PowerPoint is more effective for learner retention than traditional presentation methods.

This time is also about file extension and file extension that get that honour chance from me to review is file extension qbm. Do you you know what application that associate with file extension qbm? the answer is Quickbooks. QuickBooks is a line of business accounting software developed and marketed by Intuit. Small businesses use QuickBooks for most financially-related business processes, from entering sales receipts, tracking expenses, preparing and sending invoices, sales tax tracking and payment, preparation of basic financial statements and reports, and inventory management.

The program does not include MICR line printing, but does include check printing and options for employee payroll and time tracking. For most tasks, QuickBooks doesn’t require users to understand standard accounting procedures, including double-entry bookkeeping. Most transactions are recorded using on-line screens that closely resemble paper based forms such as invoices or checks.

There are 3 file extension that use in Quickbooks, file extension qbw, file extension qbb, file extension qbm files – they are use as QuickBooks Working Files, QuickBooks Backup Files, & QuickBooks Portable Company file. There are a few things to keep in mind when using QuickBooks portable company files:

• If the person you are sending the portable company file to will be making changes, then you should not make any changes to your QuickBooks company file until you have the file back from the other person, at which point you will open the portable company file they return to you as regular QuickBooks company file.
• If you are planning to send the file to your Accountant, you might consider using an Accountant’s copy instead.
• The person you give the portable company file to will need the Administrator password to return the portable company file to you.

File extension Thb

There are many of may post talk about file extension, and now we will talk about file extension Thb. There are 2 application that associated with file extension Thb, Kinupix and Hijaak Digital Photo Studio. Both of the application is image editing application. Maybe most of you never hear about file extension Thb, because it is not common file extension and the application that use this extension is not very famous application.

Actually error for file extension thb will be rare, because there are only two of application that use this format. BEside registry error, error of file extension thb usually come from the corrupt file. When you download or get some file the have file extension thb but you can’t open it because it is corrupt. Corrupt file is not from the file extension thb but from the metadata of the file. When we download some file like installer of some application, the producer of that application usually give you MD5 checker. MD5 can be use to check whether your file is corrupt or not.

Kinupix is a software easy to use, which allow you to create different kinds of slideshows (for Internet) without being an expert, because everything is automatic (including publishing your slideshows for your kinfolk or contact, through Pikapix.com), so be creative to use it. As an image viewer, XnView already have a capability to view image that have file extension thb. Unfortunately, Kinupix is not free application…

The second application, Hijaak Digital Photo Studio from IMSI, uses the .thb file extension for its thumbnail preview files. This application is same like paint.Net, even I think paint.Net is better because paint.Net is free application and Hijaak Digital Photo Studio is not free application.

Satellite television

In Indonesia, there is direct TV that use satellite as a broadcaster, it is Indovision. But do you what Satellite television is? According to wikipedia Satellite television is television delivered by the means of communications satellite and received by a satellite dish and set-top box. In many areas of the world it provides a wide range of channels and services, often to areas that are not serviced by terrestrial or cable providers. The first satellite television signal was relayed from Europe to the Telstar satellite over North America in 1962. There are many type of satellite TV based on the usage, one of that isDirect to Home Television.

Today, most satellite directTV customers in developed television markets get their programming through a direct broadcast satellite (DBS) provider, such as DISH TV or DTH platform. The provider selects programs and broadcasts them to subscribers as a set package. Basically, the provider’s goal is to bring dozens or even hundreds of channels to the customers television in a form that approximates the competition from Cable TV. Unlike earlier programming, the provider’s broadcast is completely digital, which means it has high picture and stereo sound quality.

Early satellite direct T V was broadcast in C-band – radio in the 3.4-gigahertz (GHz) to 7 GHz frequency range. Digital broadcast satellite transmits programming in the Ku frequency range (10 GHz to 14 GHz ). There are five major components involved in a direct to home (DTH) satellite system: the programming source, the broadcast center, the satellite, the satellite dish and the receiver.

Programming sources are simply the channels that provide programming for broadcast. The provider (the DTH platform) doesn’t create original programming itself; it pays other companies (HBO, for example, or ESPN or STAR TV or Sahara etc.) for the right to broadcast their content via satellite. In this way, the provider is kind of like a broker between the viewer and the actual programming sources. (Cable television networks also work on the same principle.) The broadcast center is the central hub of the system. At the broadcast center or the Playout & Uplink location, the television provider receives signals from various programming sources, compresses these signals using digital compression (scrambling if necessary), and beams a broadcast signal to the proper satellite. The satellite receive the signal from the broadcast station and rebroadcast them to the ground. The viewer’s dish picks up the signal from the satellite (or multiple satellites in the same part of the sky) and passes it on to the receiver in the viewer’s house. The receiver processes the signal and passes it on to a standard television.

The fact of .dwg

DWG (denoted by the file extension dwg) was the native file format for the Interact CAD package, developed by Mike Riddle in the late 1970s, and subsequently licensed by Autodesk in 1982 as the basis for AutoCAD. From 1982 to 2007, Autodesk created versions of AutoCAD which wrote no less than 18 major variants of the DWG file format, none of which are publicly documented

There are a few fact of  file extension DWG:

1. DWG is a file format.
2. Applicant is not the exclusive source of files with the format name DWG.
3. Applicant does not control the use of DWG by others, either as a trademark or as a file format name.
4. The submitted survey does not reflect recognition of DWG as a trademark, since no distinction was made between use as a trademark and use as the name of a file format.

Many copyright issues for file extension DWG, that’s why there is one company that dedicated themselves as the open solution, it was Open Design Alliance. The Open Design Alliance is an alliance of members that seeks to develop libraries for standard CAD formats. The main idea is to make CAD drawings more accessible and increase competition in the market for CAD software.

The ODA currently supports the 2 following CAD format :

• DWGdirect to read and write the file extension dwg (old name:OpenDWG)
• DGNdirect to read and write the file extension DGN found in MicroStation.

Unfortunately, on 22 November 2006, Autodesk sued the Open Design Alliance alleging that its DWGdirect libraries infringed Autodesk’s trademark for the word “Autodesk”, by writing the TrustedDWG code (including the word “AutoCAD”) into DWG files it created. In April 2007, the suit was dropped, with Autodesk modifying the warning message in AutoCAD 2008 (to make it more benign), and the Open Design Alliance removing support for the TrustedDWG code from its DWGdirect libraries.

File extension error == Registry error

The title seems the truth for Windows OS User, because the “heart” of Windows is in his registry. If you look at the virus, most of the virus will attack the windows registry to make our computer down. But now, I will give a little explanation about how Windows manage file extension in their registry, and how the file can be remembered to open by some software and it default icon.

By selecting ‘RUN’ from the start menu and then entering the program name ‘REGEDIT’ it is possible to view the registry. The graphic above shows in the first image the registry key associated with a certain file extension. In this case it is ‘AIM’ which is associated with that AOL online chat system that comes bundled with Netscape. The file extensions and related information are stored in the ‘ HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT ‘ key. The fact that a key is a registered file extension is indicated by the period at the beginning of the key name. When the key ‘ .aim ‘ is opened a string is displayed on the right, in this case ‘aimfile’. This string is the name of another key which contains the plain english description of the program plus its icon (and is also located further on in the ‘ HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT ‘ key).

The next image shows the ‘aimfile’ opened and the plain text description of the application associated as the text for this key. The last image shows the subkey ‘DefaultIcon’ opened in the ‘aimfile’ key which indicates where the icon to be displayed for such a file type is to be found.

I hope you understand how Windows manage their file extension in registry. Hope you will try to “crash” your own registry… hehehe…

Do you know M4a???

Hi…
Do you know what kind of file that have M4a as their file extension? Yup, you’re right, it is for naming of MPEG-4 files. But what about MP4? yes, you’re right!! file extension MP4 also for the same file with file extension M4a. The existence of two different file extensions for naming audio-only MP4 files has been a source of confusion among users and multimedia playback software. There is a little different because M4a is an audio file that uses MPEG-4 audio compression; uses the same compression as an .MP4 video file, but does not contain a video track.
Actually, it was Apple, Inc that popularized file extension M4a as a MPEG-4 file extension. Apple device like Ipod can play both of extension: MP4 and M4a, and also there isn’t any difference between MP4 and M4a. I haven’t found the reason yet, why apple start to popularize this file extension…
Now days, every device that can play file extension MP4, automatically can play file extension M4a. But it is not reduce the confusing of user since there are MP4 and M4a. I have experience of this confusing. I have file extension m4a but I don’t know how to play it because this file extension doesn’t sound familiar for me… Whereas many of media player like QuickTime Player, RealPlayer, VLC media player, Winamp and foobar 2000 can play file extension M4a… haha…
But I have solve it but asking to Google and I found this site… just check it…

Have file extension problem???

Hi…

Have you ever found that there is a file that can not automatically open by just click it 2 times? Why? Because sometimes your computer loses or don’t have the information that tells it which file extension goes with which program. Actually you can solve it by found manually the program that can open that file. In Windows OS, you can use “open with” and then choose the program that you think is right. But do you believe that this problem can solve by only using one software???

First, let’s discuss about what is file extension. According to wikipedia, a filename extension is a suffix to the name of a computer file applied to indicate the encoding convention (file format) of its contents. File extensions can be considered a type of metadata. They are commonly used to infer information about the way data might be stored in the file. 

Missing link between file and the program is may because the conflict of file extension in your registry. The chances are between your have the multiple program to open the file or you don’t have any program that can open the file. But today, you don’t have to worry which one are you. You can use this software. I haven’t use it actually, but I think it will help with your file extension problem.

Other information that I want to share is about security of file extension especially for Windows OS user. The default behavior of Windows Explorer, the file browser provided with Windows, is for file extensions not to be shown. Malicious users have tried to spread computer viruses and computer worms by using file names formed like LOVE-LETTER-FOR-YOU.TXT.vbs. The hope is that this will appear as LOVE-LETTER-FOR-YOU.TXT, a harmless text file, without alerting the user to the fact that it is a harmful computer program, in this case written in VBScript.

What is device driver?

According to wikipedia, a device driver or software driver is a computer program allowing higher-level computer programs to interact with a hardware device. A device driver simplifies programming by acting as an abstraction layer between a hardware device and the applications or operating systems that use it. In simple definition, device drivers are the communicator between the operating system in your computer and the hardware itself, so if you want your other hardware is be able to communicate with your computer OS you must use drivers.

Drivers is very important component in computer, because without it our computer can’t detect other hardware. For example Windows XP, at the first time after we install the OS, XP will communicate with their own drivers which is known as generic drivers (CMIIW). So, the ability of video card for example only like the standart video card, XP only can use the standart facilities that already serve by those video card. But after we install the driver from vendor like ATI, or NVidia, all of abilities from those video card will be usefull.

Microsoft has attempted to reduce system instability due to poorly written device drivers by creating a new framework for driver development, called Windows Driver Foundation (WDF). This includes User-Mode Driver Framework (UMDF) that encourages development of certain types of drivers – primarily those that implement a message-based protocol for communicating with their devices – as user mode drivers. If such drivers malfunction, they do not cause system instability. The Kernel-Mode Driver Framework (KMDF) model continues to allow development of kernel-mode device drivers, but attempts to provide standard implementations of functions that are well known to cause problems, including cancellation of I/O operations, power management, and plug and play device support.

What about Linux developers? Can you imagine that happen with Linux? Most of the hardware vendor does not provide the drivers installer for Linux, more than that they won’t give code for the drivers. So the Linux developers must coding the drivers by themself. Writing a device driver requires an in-depth understanding of how the hardware and the software of a given platform function. Drivers operate in a highly privileged environment and can cause disaster if they get things wrong. If I’m not wrong, NVidia already make their drivers open source.

Be worry of your data!!!

Hi…

Many people save their data in hard disk, like film and music collections. But I think, it is a bad idea. Why? Can you imagine, your hard disk will be access everyday and it will decrease the strength of your hard disk because hard disk also have their lifetime. Even you have hard disk external you will access all of the data for saving just one data. Or maybe when one of your drive is corrupt, you have to format it. So, you will lose your data in that hard disk.

Hard disk is design to accomodate fast data transfer. Hard disk this day have up to 10 thousand RPM (Revolutions per Minutes), and it is match if use as storage in computer, that save something that sometimes we use as resources. But if you have a collections especially film, you only watch it very rarely, maybe only once in a week and then you will watch another movie… (like I do… ). I think you can understand what I mean. So, don’t put all of your data only using hard disk, make some backup to make your hard disk free. You can also use DVD, CD, or maybe Blue Ray disc???

You will lose your data if your hard disk crash. Even there is data recovery services like mac data recovery, server data recovery, and etc, it still take time and also take money…

Let’s make some calculation…

Open Course Ware

Hi…

This day, I was studied about PBK (Computer based Learning/Pembelajaran Berbasis Komputer). The lecture, Mr. Hari, is tell us about distance learning and knowledge sharing. Both of them have their own problem. Actually our faculty already implemented SCeLe (Student Center e-Learning). Even other University like Unand have been facilitated by my faculty to access SCeLe. Everything that related to lecture activitys are posted in SceLe like lecture slide, or some announcement, etc.

SCeLe is one of product that created by Fasilkom UI to develop a distance learning program. Actually many University have done this like OCW Consortium - MIT OCW - UC Berkeley - China Quality OCW - Utah State OCW - Tokyo Tech OCW -Korea University - ParisTech OCW. These universities have provided some open course ware that available for everyone so everyone can download it. But unfortunately SCeLe didn’t have open course ware because if you want to download or open something, you have to login first.

The main problem of distance learning and knowledge sharing are the infrastructure. Not all of university have good infrastructure that can handle e-learning process but it has been solved by this website (although it’s not completely solve, because there are so many factor beside infrastructure). This social learning network allowed many people even University to share their knowledge in this site. Like this university, University of Southern California USC BUAD 250B, they share some note for example USC Class Note and Business Administration Class Note.

Open course ware idea is really good, we can get many information especially about lecture from other University. Even sometimes we can get better explanation of some lecture in other university open course ware. So, please visit the link that I have give it to you, and enjoy it.

SEVEN (Your Free Real Time Push Email)

Assalamu’alaikum Warohmatullaahi Wabarokaatuh

Akhir-akhir ini iPhone dan Blackberry sangat menjadi pembicaraan dikalangan dunia gadget. Saya ga bakal membahas lebih jauh tentang kemampuan kedua gadget tersebut. Namun ingin membahas sedikit kemampuan blackberry yang memberikan fasilitas push email secara real time kepada para blackberry mania.

Katanya sih blackberry nge-trend gara-gara fasilitas blackberry internet services-nya. Tapi sebenernya bayar juga, klo ga salah bayar 150rb deh per-bulan (CMIIW, maklum ga punya barang itu… hehehe…). Selain bisa internet sepuasnya, asalkan blackberry-nya ga dicolokin ke komputer dan bertindak sebagai modem, blackberry juga menyediakan fasilitas push email. Yang katanya businessman sekarang butuh banget… hahaha… BUTUH?? maksudnya??

Sedikit membahas push email? ada yang tau apa itu? Menurut wikipedia ini artinya:

Push e-mail is used to describe e-mail systems that provide an “always-on” capability, in which new e-mail is instantly and actively transferred (pushed) as it arrives by the mail delivery agent (MDA) (commonly called mail server) to the mail user agent (MUA), also called the e-mail client.

Intinya ketika ada email baru masuk, email itu bakal langsung dikirim ke gadget kita. Gitu deh… beda ama pop e-mail yang artinya kita yang menarik email itu secara manual masuk ke gadget kita.

Nah, fitur itu tuh yg klo ga salah sangat dipake oleh presiden Amerika, Barrack Obama. Dan sekarang sangat mewabah di negeri Indonesia ini. Makanya saya pengen memperkenalkan, tanpa maksud berpromosi, soalnya ini barang gratisan, jadi skalian memperkenalkan barang free software. Namanya SEVEN (aka Seven Networks).

Klo pengen pake, tinggal daftar, trus login, trus pilih gadget kita (bisa Symbian, Win Mobile, Android, dan lain-lain). Trus install dah… trus masukin user name dan password email kita, selesai…  SEVEN anda langsung bisa dipake…

Tapi hati2, ntar tau2 pulsa anda habis… hehe… usahakan pake unlimited broadband biar ga kerasa bayarnya…

Keep your computer update…

Everything goes fast and changed rapidly because technology makes things change.

The intro words really describe condition in this world. Technology already become one of the most influence things in human life. Technology really makes life easily, that the reason why human makes technology.
Even for your computer, the software on your computer like OS, drivers, application, etc have changed every year, or maybe every month. For example Windows OS have their ability to check the update that they make, so for the windows user (license user of course) can update their system to patch the vulnerability in the system. Ubuntu also provide ability for their OS to check the update from the repository and of course every one can use it because it free

Even with your drivers, you can use some software to keep your drivers update. Driver Detective can check the system, and if there are some update for the driver the software will show you the notice for download it. For example: you can update your acer driver, canon driver, etc without check it manually because the software already do it. But the software is not free, you have to pay for it.

Sometimes when our driver installer CD is gone, we have to find the driver one by one by visit the vendor website of the hardware. But now days, everything is easy. Just using one web site, you can find the driver that you need. This idea is great because this site can solve many people problem.

You can check manually your driver by using indexing drivers web site, so with this web site you can keep update without much effort to check the update from the hardware vendor. So do for the application update software, I have download it the software and of course it’s also trial version which is means you have to pay to use it.

Minggu yang aneh…

Assalamu’alaikum Warohmatullaahi Wabarokaatuh

hmm… biasanya juaarang banget nih nulis tentang kehidupan sehari-hari di blog. Setelah sebelumnya blog saya sempat 1 hari di-banned, sekarang giliran kejadian aneh lainnya, ada email penting yang nyasar…

Semalem pas buka email sekitar jam 8.30 PM, ada ini…

Usut punya usut dengan nanya ke mbah Google… Eh, taunya emang ada orang yang namanya Muhammad Haris di Georgia Tech, dengan thesis “Advanced Modulation Formats for High-Bit-Rate Optical Networks” seperti yang dimaksud email itu.

Akhirnya saya berniat membantu dengan membalas email dari publisher tersebut (Mr. Ribet) dan mencari email dari Muhammad Haris yang dia maksud. Trus pas dapet emailnya, trus kirim email, eh… yang ada malah email failed to deliver to Muhammad Haris di Georgia Tech, artinya emailnya udah bukan itu lagi. Dan email dari saya buat Mr. Ribet (hehe… I’m sorry Sir, your name is really funny for my languange) sampai dengan mulus…

Ada yang bisa bantuin cari email Muhammad Haris di Georgia Tech??? Email sebelumnya yang saya temuin yang gagal itu ini mh217@mail.gatech.edu

hmm… Selama sehari (kemarin, 8 Februari 2009) blog saya di-banned oleh wordpress karena alasan yang tidak jelas. Akhirnya saya putuskan untuk kirim email ke support-nya wordpress. Ternyata balasannya cepet juga, besok paginya alias hari ini blog saya sudah kembali bisa diakses…

Padahal udah bingung aja gr2 apa?? kok bisa dibanned…

Tapi untung support-nya cepat bertindak…
